Privacy policy

Who we are

Puran Concepts ("we", "us") builds and runs self-serve entertainment and shopping concepts, such as Palm Mystery. We decide why and how personal data is used, so under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary. Our contact details and Grievance Officer are at the end of this policy and on the Contact page.

On this website

• There are no forms, accounts or payments on puranconcepts.in.
• We use no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers or ad pixels.
• Our hosting provider sees your IP address and browser details only to deliver pages and protect the website from attacks. We do not receive or keep them.

When you contact us

If you write, call or message us, we receive your name, your contact details and what you tell us. We use them only to reply and, if you want to host or buy a machine, to talk business with you. We keep these conversations for 365 days after the last message, or longer if they become a contract we must keep under law.

At our concepts

Each concept that handles personal data has its own detailed notice, written for the people who use it:

• Palm Mystery, our palm and tarot kiosk: palm-mystery.puranconcepts.in/privacy. In short, palm photos are used in memory to write the reading and are never stored, and the kiosk never asks for your name or number.

Who else sees it

Only the services that help us run our business, such as our hosting provider, email and messaging services, and our payment gateway, Razorpay, for purchases made at our concepts. We do not sell or rent personal data, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We disclose data to a government authority only when the law requires it.

Your rights

• Get a summary of the data we hold about you and what we do with it.
• Have it corrected, completed, updated or erased, unless the law makes us keep it.
• Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
• Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act.
• Complain to our Grievance Officer, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.

Write to our Grievance Officer to use any of these rights. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.

Children

We do not knowingly collect a child’s personal data, and we never track anyone or target advertising at them.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change affects something you agreed to, we ask you again first.

Questions and complaints

Write to our Grievance Officer using the details below. If our answer does not settle it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
